Riverfront Hotspot @ Ganges

Residents of Ganges Building may now connect to Riverfront Hotspot located at the building lobby starting June 12, 2018 (Tuesday). Please take note that the system is still under testing phase.

Invitation to Bid - Building Repaintings

Riverfront Residences Property Management Office is inviting unit owners and residents who have construction/repainting business to participate in the pre-bid meeting and site inspection. First batch of buildings namely Danube, Mississippi and Missouri buildings are already completed in the repainting activity.

Kindly submit your letter of intent at the Property Management Office on or before April 6, 2018 (Friday), 5:00PM. Kindly address your letter to:

Lenten Season - PMO Schedule

In observance of the Lenten Season, please be informed of the following schedule of the Property Management Office (PMO):

March 26, 27 and 28 PMO Open (Regular Working Hours)
March 29 (Maundy Thursday) and March 30 (Good Friday) PMO Closed (Regular Holiday)
March 31 (Black Saturday) PMO Closed (Special Non-Working Holiday)

For community related concerns you may call the Security Officer in Charge at +63 (2) 225-0500.

Please be reminded that the PMO will not receive payments of monthly dues and others assessments on March 29, 30 and 31, 2018. PMO will resume operation on April 2, 2018.

For your safety, we would like to remind everyone of the following House Rules during the mentioned Holidays:

  • Renovation works such as carpentry, masonry, painting and electrical are not allowed.
  • The Swimming Pool and Gym are exclusive for registered Unit Owners during weekends and Holidays.

For homeowners and residents who will go on vacation, please be reminded of the following:

  • Ensure that your main door and windows are securely locked.
  • Shut off the electrical main circuit breaker and water valve.
  • Unplug all appliances, check the refrigerator stocks for possible spoilage, check water heater connection, faucet and flexible hose and turn off the LPG Gas tank.
  • Inform the PMO when leaving. This is will be endorsed to our Security personnel.

Chinese New Year (Special Non-working Holiday)

Please be informed that the Property Management Office (PMO) is closed on February 16, 2018 (Friday) which is a declared Special Non-working Holiday in observance of the Chinese New Year with MalacaƱang Proclamation No. 269.

However, there will be an Admin staff to stay at the PMO in case of emergency.

For concerns you may call the Guard Officer in Charge at +63 (2) 225-0500. Please be advised that the PMO will NOT receive payments and will not transact during holidays. Also, we would like to remind all residents/unit owners to please pay all dues on time to prevent penalties and interest.

In line with this, we would like to remind everyone of the following House Rules during the holidays:

Pasig City Ordinance No. 11 (2016)

We respectfully inform you that the City Government of Pasig, thru its Sangguniang Panglunsod, enacted City Ordinance No. 11, Series of 2016 otherwise known as "An Ordinance Requiring the Registration of Migrants, Tenants, Boarders, and Transients to the Barangay, and for Other Purposes" .

A careful reading of the city Ordinance shows that its primary goal is to ensure the safety of all Pasig residents from migrants and transients merely using available spaces, rooms, units, apartments, houses and/or buildings within Pasig City to promote or advance their illegal activities. The said Ordinance aims to identify those complete strangers within our communities by requiring migrants and/or transient to register with the barangay having jurisdiction over place.

This measure would enable the local government, including Barangays, to have database of all the city's temporary residents' migrants, tenants, or transient in each barangay.

Rest assured that the City Government respects, and shall continue respect the Constitutional Rights of all its residents, permanent or temporary.

Water Refilling Guidelines

Please be informed of the following guidelines for the Water Refilling Station at Riverfront Residences.

  • Operating Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
  • Break Time : 12:00 PM to 1:00PM
  • Submit your water stub to the water refilling station personnel to refill your container. Complimentary water stubs will be issued by the PMO to non-delinquent residents and will be valid for the month covered only. Our attendant is NOT ALLOWED to receive payment.
  • Be accountable to your own container. Please do not leave your containers. Kindly wait until the attendant finished the refilling. PMO will not be liable to any damage or loss of your container.
  • Delivery of water container is not allowed except for Person with disabilities (PWD).
  • Unit Owner should bring their own push cart.
  • Please have your water container regularly cleaned before giving to our water attendant for refill.

TRAIN Law

In line with the implementation of TRAIN Law, please be advised that the release of billing for this month of January 2018 will be delayed due to adjustments being made in our system to remove VAT portion on Association Dues.

The Property Management Office (PMO) of Riverfront Residences will accommodate payment on Association Dues pending the release of (SOA) Statement of Accounts. Other assessments like the Share on Common Areas of Electric and Water, Personal Consumption for utilities, RPT, Insurance and other previous balances will be available at the PMO.
